Application Process

We require that each applicant meet certain criteria.  The term applicant refers to all residents who will be occupying the apartment and who will be named on the Lease.  Before filling out our rental application please consider the following:

1.  Credit Checks – All applications are submitted for a credit report and employment/salary verification.
2. Application fees – $40.00 for each credit report and a deposit of the first month’s rent are required.  If applicant is denied, the first month’s rent is returned.
3. Security deposit – A security deposit of 1 ½ month’s rent is required with the signed lease.
4. Renter’s insurance – We strongly recommend that tenants purchase renter’s insurance for their own protection and personal property.  Serruto Properties insurance protects the building, but not the tenant’s belongings or negligence.
5. Pet policy – A cat or licensed dog weighing less than 45 lbs. that is not on our forbidden breed list will be considered.  Other terms and conditions apply.  Please see management.
